Both of rhodiola doses led to improvements in the subjects’ mental work capacity. The placebo group did not experience improvements.  

Other studies have also shown intake of rhodiola led to a reduction on mental fatigue and improvements in sleep patterns and motivation within 20 days.

Their exam scores were also higher than the placebo by 8 percent.
