(Newswire.net — July 25, 2019) Orlando, FL — It is hard to deny that diabetes is one of the most prevalent chronic ailments today. It is worth realizing that through practices of healthy diet and lifestyle, this condition may be prevented and managed.

A new federal government report reveals that healthier lifestyles as well as better disease management resulted in a keen drop in death rates from diabetes among Americans between 1997 and 2006.

It is important to stress that these were deaths with diabetes caused by stroke and heart disease. In this span of time, mortality from all causes for Americans with diabetes declined by 23 percent.

This analysis of 1997-2004 National Health Interview Survey data from nearly 250,000 adults also revealed that deaths due to stroke and heart disease also dropped by 40 percent.

According to Dr. Tara Narula, a cardiologist at Lenox Hill Hospital in New York City, the encouraging news that less diabetic patients are dying from heart disease and stroke is a testament to multiple factors that have changed the playing field.

This study was carried out by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the U.S. National Institutes of Health.

It is worth mentioning they highlighted that adults with diabetes are still more prone to death at a younger age than those without the condition. This is despite the improvements used in caring for the patients.

The study was published May 22 in the journal Diabetes Care.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention warns that there is an estimated 25.8 million Americans with this condition.

To reiterate, diabetes is preventable via making some dietary and lifestyle changes. It is also worth realizing that there are factors to avoid that are found to contribute to the onset of diabetes.

Surprisingly, toxins have been found to play a role in the development of this condition. It is worth realizing that today, companies manufacture 6.5 trillion pounds of 9,000 different chemicals annually.

A study has even shown that an average person carries more than 91 toxic chemicals in their bodies.

These chemicals and toxins have been scientifically found to trigger not just diabetes but also obesity. They could disrupt mitochondrial function, interfere with glucose and cholesterol metabolism, and alter thyroid metabolism.

Multiple research studies even suggest that toxins like BPA increases diabetes risk. Some organic pollutants have also resulted in insulin resistance as well as metabolic dysfunction in rats.

It is vital to not just avoid exposure to these toxins, but also detoxify the body. One way to do this is to use activated charcoal, which has long been popularized to work wonders in safely and effectively cleansing the body.

This detoxifying natural ingredient may be obtained through the use of Divine Bounty Activated Charcoal (amazon.com/Organic-Activated-Charcoal-Capsules-Whitening/dp/B071NZ5G56).
