(Newswire.net — August 5, 2019) Orlando, FL — According to research, about one-third of all individuals age 85 and above may suffer from Alzheimer’s disease.

Health authorities warn that this condition may develop due to lifestyle, genetic, and environmental factors.

Previous studies have tried to see the manner in which age-related changes in the brain could harm nerve cells, and end up contributing to Alzheimer’s damage.

Some of these age-related changes are inflammation, shrinking of some brain parts, and production of free radicals. It may also include the breakdown of energy production within cells.

Multiple research studies have suggested that cognitive decline is associated with certain vascular conditions, which include stroke, heart disease, hypertension, and metabolic conditions. Obesity and diabetes are excellent examples of metabolic conditions.

Alzheimer’s does not just affect the sufferer, but also their family and friends. It has long been recommended to resort to the best measures in protecting the brain and its functions.

There are studies that have shown following a healthy diet and exercising regularly could be helpful.

Some old, medicinal ingredients have been found beneficial in fighting Alzheimer’s disease. One is curcumin, which has long been widely studied by clinicians and researchers.

In 2017, a research study has shown that curcumin aided in enhancing memory and decreasing mood swings in individuals with mild cases of memory loss.

Scientists had a group of 40 adults who were 50 to 90 years of age. They were divided into the curcumin and placebo groups and treated for 18 months.

It was found that the attention and memory of the participants in the curcumin group were enhanced by 28 percent.

Researchers believe the findings could be due to curcumin’s strong inflammation-fighting effects.

According to Gary Small from UCLA, it may be due to its ability to reduce brain inflammation, which has been linked to both Alzheimer’s disease and major depression.

A paper was written by Dr. Randy J. Horwitz, the medical director of the Arizona Center for Integrative Medicine, and an assistant professor of clinical medicine at the University of Arizona College of Medicine in Tucson.

Said paper was for the American Academy of Pain Management, and it discussed the health benefits of turmeric.

“Turmeric is one of the most potent natural anti-inflammatories available,” says Horwitz.

Supplements like VitaBreeze Curcumin may be helpful in delivering the therapeutic goodness of this natural ingredient.

In addition to its high potency and purity, VitaBreeze Curcumin is also equipped with black pepper extract. This therapeutic ingredient works in improving the delivery of curcumin inside the body (http://amazon.com/Turmeric-Curcumin-Complex-Pepper-Extract/dp/B00JA4TLTI/).
