Researchers Warn Well-done Meat May Increase Hypertension Risk

This study was presented at an American Heart Association meeting.

Further, the diastolic blood pressure also decreased by an average of 1.8 mm Hg.

Researchers said that their findings support a causal anti-hypertensive effect of magnesium supplementation in adults.
