(Newswire.net — November 15, 2019) Orlando, FL — Obesity rates undeniably soar in many areas around the globe. While health authorities continue to warn consumers, more and more people actually end up gaining rather than losing weight.

A study was presented at the ENDO 2019, which is the Endocrine Society’s annual meeting in New Orleans, La.

In this research, it has been found that eating later could contribute to weight gain.

According to Adnin Zaman, M.D., lead author, from the University of Colorado in Denver, Colo., previous studies have suggested that later timing of eating and sleeping are related to obesity.

“However, few studies have assessed both meal and sleep timing in adults with obesity, and it is not clear whether eating later in the day is associated with shorter sleep duration or higher body fat,” she adds.

It is worth mentioning that the investigators used three types of technology to track the sleep, eating patterns, and physical activity of the participants. It was a week-long study involving 31 overweight and obese adults with an average age of 36.

It is also important to note that 90 percent of the participants were women. On average, the subjects ate food throughout an 11-hour timeframe during the day. They also sleep for around 7 hours a night.

The study findings have shown that those who ate later in the day slept at a later time. However, they slept for about the same amount of time as those who were able to finish eating earlier.

Today, scientists continue to carry out studies to learn more about the effective ways to lose weight. What not many people are aware of is that some natural remedies have been found to work wonders in aiding in weight loss.

One is L-Carnitine, which is a widely-studied amino acid. Experts suggest that this natural remedy aids in helping shed extra and unwanted pounds. It offers the best results when combined with a healthy diet and regular exercise.

An analysis of nine studies reveal that L-Carnitine supplementation led to a significantly greater amount of weight loss. The researchers also reveal that its use led to a larger drop of body mass index (BMI) than the control group.

It is worth noting that more studies are still underway to learn more about the therapeutic benefits of this natural remedy. However, its use is undeniably widespread nowadays.

One formula that many consumers resort to nowadays is Divine Bounty L-Carnitine, which is widely known for its high potency and purity (http://www.amazon.com/dp/B06XF7K9MM).
