Josh Konigsberg Co-Chairs KidSanctuary Campus Event

(Newswire.net — November 14, 2019) Jupiter, FL — Josh Konigsberg, V.P. of Sales and Marketing for Web Promotion Partners, the Leader in Online Marketing, is pleased to co-chair the 7th Annual Holiday Hoedown by the Sea for KidSanctuary Campus.  While this is Konigsberg’s second year co-chairing the annual event, Web Promotion Partners has been actively involved with KidSanctuary Campus for the past five years via volunteerism, sponsorship, and in-kind social media and digital marketing services. Web Promotion Partners is also the entertainment sponsor for the 7th Annual Holiday Hoedown at the Pelican Club in Jupiter on December 13, 2019, underwriting all costs associated with entertainment for the event.

When she passed away, I was 21. I knew I wanted to honor her legacy by giving back one day and continuing her outreach to at-risk kids. Five years ago when Co-Chair Carla Pisani asked me to participate, once I toured KidSanctuary Campus, that was it. I thought, I can’t do enough for these kids.”

Founded by philanthropist Connie Frankino, who serves as Chairman of the Board, KidSanctuary Campus is a not-for-profit organization in Palm Beach County committed to assisting children who have been removed from their homes because of abuse, neglect, or abandonment. With the support of Campus Trustee and Ambassador Dr. Mehmet Oz, M.D., Honorary Trustee Dr. Fredic Barr, M.D., F.A.D.S. and land graciously donated by the county, KidSanctuary Campus provides 24-hour care and housing for the most vulnerable children in the foster care system. Expert, professional foster parents live with them in the four cottages on the campus to provide comfort, security and consistency. For most of the children, it’s often the first time they’ve experienced such a safe, structured environment. They may stay until reunited with their parents or they are adopted by a family. 

Last year’s SOLD OUT Gilded Holiday Hoedown which was at the Flagler Museum in Palm Beach, FL raised much-needed funds and was a great way to kick off the holiday season for local foster children. KidSanctuary Campus has completed Phase I of its development plan, which includes four cottages on a 10-acre campus, with an outdoor pavilion and storage shed, debt-free. As of November 8, 2019, the Holiday Hoedown by the Sea, which takes place on Friday, December 13, 2019 at Pelican Club in Jupiter, is SOLD OUT. Money raised from the event will support Phase II of the KidsSanctuary Campus development plan which will name and complete the campus and build the new Angel Crossing Enrichment Center.  The Enrichment Center will serve as the nucleus for the children living in one of the organization’s four cottages on campus and will include therapy and tutoring suites, media room/library, a theatre, multipurpose room for educational programs and special visits with family and friends.
