(Newswire.net — December 12, 2019) Orlando, FL — Heart disease is undeniably one of the most prevalent conditions today. While there are pharmaceutical drugs available, it is always best to take the best measures in preventing its onset.

Health authorities remind that this condition is highly preventable. There are risk factors that can be avoided, and treatments available for individuals with the condition.

While it happens in women too, it has been found to be common in men. As a matter of fact according to research, many men are at an increased risk of heart disease development.

The American Heart Association (AHA) reveals that this condition affects more than one in three adult men.

It is worth mentioning that heart disease pertains to conditions like heart failure, arrhythmias, angina, coronary artery disease, and some other heart-related infections, irregularities, and birth defects.

In 2013, the AHA revealed that in 2011 only a quarter of men met federal guidelines for physical activity.

In the United States, it has also been found that 72.9 percent of men age 20 and older were obese or overweight. It is important to be warned that carrying excess weight is a major risk factor of heart disease.

There are also other risk factors, such as smoking, high LDL cholesterol, diabetes, alcohol abuse, and hypertension.

Researchers have been investigating the benefits of nutrients like vitamin E for heart health. Vitamin E is one of the essential vitamins for human health, and it has been found to work wonders in warding off a range of diseases and disorders.

Studies have demonstrated vitamin E could work as a preventive nutrient against heart disease. It could work in inhibiting blood clots, and promoting blood vessel expansion. All of these activities encourage proper blood flow, which can significantly reduce the likelihood of heart diseases.

A research was carried out at Harvard University, and it involved intake of 100 IU of vitamin E regularly for 2 years. It has been found that it reduced the risk of heart disease by up to 40 percent.

Investigators also found that vitamin E can serve as a blood thinner, and is also loaded with antioxidants. Due to its antioxidant agents, it could work wonders in protecting the heart against various infections.

It may also help eliminate toxins from the heart. Aside from its heart health benefits, vitamin E can also produce many effects favorable to health. It is highly recommended.

There are supplements found to be helpful in delivering the therapeutic goodness of this nutrient, and one is Divine Bounty Men’s Multivitamins (www.amazon.com/Mens-Multivitamin-Containing-Multivitamins-Men/dp/B076MJBC7G).
