(Newswire.net — March 20, 2020) Orlando, FL — According to the National Women’s Health Resource Center, there is only a 20 percent to 25 percent chance of conceiving among couples between the ages 29 and 33 years, and these are couples with normal functioning reproductive system.

The CDC’s National Survey of Family Growth has further shown that 1 in 8 couples is either having trouble getting pregnant or sustaining a pregnancy. In the same survey, it has been revealed that 7.4 million women have ever received any infertility services in their lifetime.

It is worth mentioning that a number of factors found to contribute to infertility risk are environmental exposures, genetics, and infectious diseases.

Due to the skyrocketing rates of infertility, more and more experts are performing studies to look into the best possible ways to reduce its prevalence.

A study was presented at the ENDO 2019, the Endocrine Society’s annual meeting in New Orleans, La.

In this research, it has been found that sperm DNA damage in the male partner may underlie some cases of recurrent pregnancy loss. The findings also suggest that this may be the issue rather than a problem coming from women.

According to lead researcher Channa Jayasena, M.D., Ph.D., of Imperial College London in London, U.K., they know that sperm plays an important role in the formation of the placenta, which is critical for survival of an unborn baby.

There are other research studies investigating into the factors affecting infertility. Some scientists also carry out studies and clinical trials to learn about the potential remedies in reducing the prevalence of fertility issues.

One is L-Carnitine, which scientists have found beneficial in boosting fertility rates.

According to researchers, the sperm cells need to travel farther compared to any other single human cell. Further, they also require a tremendous amount of energy in order to travel.

This is what makes L-Carnitine a significant nutrient for males with poor semen quality.

It has been found that carnitine is a vital transporter molecule that carry high-energy fat compounds into mitochondria. It is worth noting the mitochondria is where they are “burned” to release their energy.

This has been found helpful in providing the sperm a boost they need to reach and fertilize the egg. This is vital considering that weakly-swimming sperm is considered to be one of the major reasons behind male infertility.

To boost fertility, supplements like Divine Bounty L-Carnitine may be useful. This formula is widely resorted to nowadays due to its remarkable healing benefits (http://www.amazon.com/dp/B06XF7K9MM).
