(Newswire.net — April 17, 2020) Orlando, FL — Today, the scientific community continues to carry out studies to explore more about the link between certain foods and the well-being of the heart.

One study was published in the Arteriosclerosis, Thrombosis, and Vascular Biology (ATVB), a peer-reviewed journal of the American Heart Association.

It was supported by the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute, part of the National Institutes of Health.

In this research, it has been found that there is an association between sensitivity to an allergen found in red meat and the accumulation of plaque in the arteries of the heart.

It is worth noting that high levels of saturated fat in red meat have long been identified to contribute to the onset of heart disease. However, in this recently carried out study, the link between the food and heart disease has been found to be due to an allergen.

According to study leader Coleen McNamara, M.D., this novel finding from a small group of subjects from Virginia raises the intriguing possibility that allergy to red meat may be an under-recognized factor in heart disease.

McNamara is a professor of medicine in the Cardiovascular Research Center of the University of Virginia Health System, Charlottesville.

“These preliminary findings underscore the need for further clinical studies in larger populations from diverse geographic regions and additional laboratory work,” she adds.

Experts continue to carry out studies to look into the best possible ways in taking better care of the heart.

It is important to realize that today, there are many researchers who carry out studies to look into the most useful remedies for heart health. Some studies have shown that amino acids like L-Carnitine may be helpful.

In previous research, L-Carnitine supplementation has been found to result in cardiac benefits.

In a study, supplementation of this amino acid was linked with a 27 percent decrease in all-cause mortality. What makes the intake of this natural remedy even more beneficial is that it also led to a 65 percent decrease in ventricular arrhythmias.

The researchers further show L-carnitine was able to reduce angina symptoms in sufferers of heart attack by 40 percent.

There are more research studies and scientists encouraging more to explore the healing goodness of this natural remedy. Today, formulas like Divine Bounty L-Carnitine may be useful for individuals who want to benefit from its use.

Divine Bounty L-Carnitine is thought widely to be superior over other brands. It is not just highly potent but is also free from nasty ingredients (amazon.com/dp/B06XF7K9MM).
