(Newswire.net — June 25, 2020) — Samuel Leach, CEO and founder of Samuel & Co Trading, leads and designs foreign exchange (also known as forex, FX) and algo-trader education programs. Leach began his trading career at the University of Hertfordshire, where he had a poor experience with his first foreign exchange trading course. As a result, Leach taught himself to trade using a 2,000 GBP student loan. After working 16-18 hours a day over 18 months, the 2,000 GBP turned into a 170,000 GBP profit.

Among Leach’s foreign exchange and algo-trader education programs is the Real Forex Trader Series 2. The Real Forex Trader Series 2 is a Youtube show where inexperienced foreign exchange traders compete for 350,000 GBP. In a recent episode titled Successful Traders – The Challenges Are Over, Leach continues to highlight a team sales challenge. Each team was tasked to create a unique sales strategy that maximizes a cash profit for charity. The team’s approach to the challenge offers insight into the similarities between sales and foreign exchange trading, as well as what it takes for a competitor to stand out.

About the Real Forex Trader Series 2’s creator, Samuel Leach

Leach’s success at University of Hertfordshire established him as a self-made foreign exchange trader with leadership potential. In 2012, he assembled Samuel & Co. Trading. The company recruited around 60 traders to work on live accounts. All profits would be split 50-50 between the trader and the company. Samuel & Co. Trading has since expanded into an accredited training and education program stretching from England to Madrid, with the purpose of teaching aspiring traders the ins-and-outs of the foreign exchange markets.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, interest in Samuel and Co Trading’s training programs has skyrocketed. To meet the demand, Leach is hosting a series of live lectures that entail weekly foreign exchange market lessons. He personally presents all sessions and explains each trading topic in detail for 90 minutes. The lessons are flexible, however, and are held all the way up until every relevant strategy in both the FX and Stock markets for that lesson are covered.

The lessons are cost-effective and allow the student to learn from a seasoned trader with live trading experience. When enrolling in a four lesson subscription, students can save 20% on enrollment fees. The lectures are recorded and sent to each participant to accommodate conflicting schedules. Additional resources also include extra bonus lectures on how to use the BeastMode and Fusion programs, self-improvement YouTube videos, and informative podcasts.

It is clear that Leach’s methods have a widespread appeal. They thoughtfully bridge human psychology, personal habits, and practical experience to cater to traders at all expertise levels. His system also generates consistent returns and offers traders with initial capital to actually make money. For example, Samuel & Co’s Junior Trader Program, one of Leach’s most popular programs uniquely offers participants the chance to cash out up to 20,000 GBP.

The Real Forex Trader Series 2

Leach’s at-home trading education inspired him to pass on his wisdom on to others. Last April, Samuel & Co Trading’s YouTube channel launched The Real Forex Trader Series 2. Eighteen applicants were selected and thrown into “the deep end of the financial markets.” While previous experience in the markets is not a necessity, applicants were still suggested to complete Samuel and Co’s free online program prior to filming.

The show begins with team competitions to highlight each competitor’s personality and work ethic. After a series of eliminations, each participant will trade with a Demo account as well as  a live account with Samuel & Co. Trading. Throughout the series, participants are mentored by Samuel Leach and a team of experts on what it takes to become a successful FX trader. The show’s mentorship component provides the viewer with tried-and-true advice that can be applied at home.

Creating Successful Traders – The Challenge is Over

The weekly challenges thus far in the series showcase each competitor’s personality and work ethic. In a recent episode titled, Interrogation, Why You?, Leach and his staff ask each competitor why they believe they can win the competition. Many of the competitors identified as strong-willed hard workers. They were confident that their personality would enable their trading success, even if they currently lacked the experience.

Whether or not each competitor could expect to truly thrive in the foreign exchange markets was put to the test during the Cash Raiser Challenge. Both teams were assigned with creating a sales plan to generate profit margins for a cancer research charity. After the challenge, Leach announced that he would eliminate four competitors. The remaining competitors next challenge would entail live trading, for the first time yet this season.

In a recent episode titled Creating Successful Traders – The Challenge is Over, each team begins to realize how stress, long hours, being overworked, and patience comes into play when looking to maximize a profit margin. On the second day of the challenge, one competitor, Fatima, filmed herself coming into the office at 8AM, an hour and a half before her team planned to come to the office. She came in early because “she wanted to get ahead and make some profits, but we [her team] have to come up with another decision simply because it’s going to be raining.”

Fatima’s team, who planned to sell gloves and other impulse-buys on the London streets, had to shift their sales strategy due to inclement weather. This is a different strategy than her opposing team, who stayed up late to make sales on a Friday night. By highlighting how each team makes their sales, the show demonstrates the parallels between this challenge and foreign exchange trading. In sales and in trading, there tends to be a series of unknown factors that require quick, confident decision-making. This decision-making is often clouded by the emotions of working long, exhausting hours. Ultimately, those who can best balance their emotions with the demands of the assignment perform best in this challenge and are more likely to survive the upcoming elimination.
