(Newswire.net — July 16, 2020) Orlando, FL — Over decades, experts have long been warning people about heart disease and its soaring prevalence. This condition is undeniably preventable via dietary and lifestyle modifications, but it stays extremely common today.
A survey has shown that 45 percent of more than 1,000 women between 25 and 60 years old did not realize that heart disease is the top cause of death among females in the U.S.
According to British Robinson, eighty percent of heart disease is preventable, yet women’s heart disease is underdiagnosed, under-researched and underfunded.
Robinson is head of the Women’s Heart Alliance, a nonprofit organization that paid for the study.
The study was published June 22 in the Journal of the American College of Cardiology.
It is further worth noting that 74 percent of these females had one or more risk factors for heart disease. However, only 16 percent of them were made aware of it. It has also been found that 26 percent reported having heart disease to be embarrassing.
This is due to the fact that people would instantly assume they were following an unhealthy diet or living a sedentary lifestyle.
“It is critical that women ask their health care providers to check their hearts and that health care providers know that when it comes to heart disease, men and women are different — women’s hearts are smaller, their risk factors are different and their symptoms may be different,” added Robinson.
Taking better care of the heart means enhancing one’s dietary and lifestyle practices. It is also vital to avoid exposure to factors that are scientifically found to threaten heart health.
According to multiple research studies, exposure to toxins could be dangerous to the heart. These toxins particularly include insecticides, pesticides, and some pharmaceutical drugs.
Experts further warn against sweeteners like high-fructose corn syrup and cigarettes, the latter of which have long been found to be particularly dangerous for cardiovascular health.
Other factors found to be unhealthy for the heart are soft drinks, trans fats, chlorine, aluminum-containing products, and xenoestrogens. Today, it can be difficult or even impossible to totally avoid exposure to these toxins.
However, it is worth noting that consumers can detoxify their bodies from these toxins to prevent their buildup and their undesirable effects to the heart and overall health.
There are all-natural detoxifying remedies like activated charcoal found to work wonders in eliminating these heart-threatening toxins. Activated charcoal’s highly porous surface traps and absorbs toxins to eliminate them from the body.
It can be obtained through the use of formulas like Purest Vantage Activated Charcoal (http://amazon.com/Pure-Organic-Activated-Charcoal-Capsules/dp/B01M0322EC).
