(Newswire.net — August 21, 2020) Orlando, FL — Inflammation has been linked with the onset of various conditions. One of the best ways believed to be helpful in fighting inflammation is to use certain natural alternatives.

Anti-inflammatories such as omega-3s may be potentially helpful against muscle pain. Omega-3 fatty acids have long been thought to be beneficial for overall health.

“This type of fat may be helpful in improving overall health and function of the brain and body,” said VitaBreeze Supplements spokesperson, Michelle O’Sullivan.

In one study, the researchers linked fish oil with relief from back pain. According to some experts, muscle pain could result from inflammation in the joints or muscles.

Omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs) are thought to decrease inflammation, and this may be beneficial to individuals who suffer from inflammation-related conditions.

Omega-3 PUFAs can be found in fish oil, such as in tuna, mackerel, sardines, and halibut. This is one of the reasons why some athletic coaches, doctors, nutritionists, and personal trainers recommend fish oil in alleviating joint and muscle pain.

This natural alternative may potentially offer relief from muscle and joint pain in some people. It has the potential to affect the balance of prostaglandins, which is a group of compounds.

There are two most popular types of fatty acids, namely eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA). These omega-3s are known to fight an enzyme believed to significantly damage the joints called collagenase.

There have been evidences that associated the use of fish oil with joint and muscle pain relief caused by arthritis, bursitis, fibromyalgia, and carpal tunnel syndrome.

This claim has been seen in the 2007 meta-analysis of 17 clinical trials tackling the analgesic benefits of omega-3 PUFAs on a variety of inflammatory conditions.

In 2006, a study reported in Surgical Neurology revealed that 60% of the participants experienced an improvement in back pain due to the use of fish oil. It is also worth mentioning that 88% of the subjects continued to use the natural alternative for their back pain after the study.

In 2000, Nutrition Research conducted a study that found omega-3s may have the ability to offer relief to women suffering from menstrual pain.

Fish oil supplementation has been thought to help alleviate symptoms from a range conditions. There are many consumers who incorporate this natural ingredient into their diet in hopes to improve their overall health.

Taking fish oil supplements may be potentially beneficial since they often contain high levels of omega-3 fatty acids. (www.amazon.com/Omega-Fish-Oil-Supplement-Softgels/dp/B00O8NS20K)
