Award-winning comedians will have audiences rolling on the floor laughing at Staffordshire’s only dedicated comedy club from the 11th and 12th September. Three brilliant comedians will be on the bill, as well as guest compere Harriet Dyer. Fresh and unique, it’s a pleasure to spend time in Harriet’s company as she weaves her surreal and hilarious tales.

The bill on Friday and Saturday is headlined by Tom Wrigglesworth. Wrigglesworth has a disarmingly charming delivery and unforgettable appearance. This Yorkshire funny man became a national have-a-go-hero when he rescued a little old lady from the jaws of a Virgin train ticket inspector; only to be arrested for begging. His subsequent story of the event secured Tom several awards including the Chortle Best Show Award, and a nomination for the main Edinburgh Comedy Award.
Support is provided by Edinburgh Comedy Award winner and laidback Lancastrian James Meehan and the spectacular Eddy Brimson. As one of Britain’s leading stand-up comedians, Eddy played the first ever Altitude Festival in the French Alps in 2008 and the Sydney Cracker Festival in Australia. Eddy has also taken his comedy to such far flung places as Hong Kong, Singapore, Thailand, Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Bahrain. On television, as well as the numerous stand-up comedy shows, Eddy Brimson is one of those ubiquitous talking heads on shows like as I Predict a Riot, The Confessions of Series, 100 Worst Singles.
