(Newswire.net — November 23, 2020) Las Vegas, NV — Diabetes prevalence continues to increase in many areas around the world. Aside from using some medications, it is similarly important to follow the right diet.

According to experts, there are diets beneficial to individuals with diabetes or prediabetes. Aside from consuming some foods, there are also those that should be avoided.

Health authorities warn against the consumption of fruit-flavored yogurt, which is often made from low-fat or non-fat milk. It is also normally loaded with sugar and carbs.

These fruit-flavored yogurts are high in sugar, which means it can result in higher blood sugar and insulin levels. Doctors further discourage the consumption of sweetened breakfast cereals, which are the worst foods for those with diabetes.

It is similarly important to reduce or avoid consumption of industrial trans fats, which have been found to be extremely unhealthy. While they don’t raise blood sugar levels directly, they’ve been associated with the increased risk of inflammation.

Other foods to avoid are white bread, rice, and pasta, which are processed, high-carb foods. It is also wise to avoid flavored coffee drinks, Agave nectar, maple syrup, and honey.

Fighting or managing diabetes in a natural way could be achieved through the use of natural healing ingredients like curcumin.

A review was published in the International Journal of Endocrinology Metabolism.

In this research, investigators found curcumin was able to decrease inflammation and glucose production. What made it even more beneficial is that it stimulates glucose uptake and increases insulin secretion from the pancreas.

Another study has shown curcumin combined with a diabetes medication benefited diabetic patients. Specifically, it was able to reduce oxidative stress, blood sugar, and inflammation.

This research was published in the Indian Journal of Clinical Biochemistry.

Some other studies have found intake of curcumin supplements for nine months led to a significant decrease in the likelihood of prediabetes developing into diabetes.

It has genoprotective, antifungal, anti-inflammatory, antiseptic, antioxidant, anti-amyloidogenic, anti-cytotoxic, antibiotic, antimicrobial, anti-purulent, antibacterial, anticarcinogenic, and antiproliferative properties.

It also contains anticoagulant, antiviral, renoprotective, insulin-sensitizing, androgenic, antifibrotic, neurorestorative, metal-chelating, immunomodulating, and anticatabolic agents.

Some supplements have been found beneficial in delivering the therapeutic goodness of curcumin. One formula to consider using is IncrediPure Curcumin, which is known for its high potency and purity.

This extra-strength supplement is equipped with black pepper extract that improves the absorption of curcumin inside the body.
