Know the environment first

Before taking your child outdoors for playing, pay a visit yourself and get to know the environment first. Keep eyes on the playground roundabout and the people gather there. Once you are pleased with the environment that your child is safe, then let your child come to play outdoors. Bring some snacks

After outdoor activity your child becomes hungry. It’s better if you carry some food with you from home. Try to provide the food they love most and nutritious. You can eat some fruits as well. During the break, feed them and make them energetic again. It will work as a fuel for activities.

Never go without first aid kit

Danger comes unexpectedly. Often we notice danger when it is already out of control or infected something. But it is late. So, don’t go for outdoor activities without a first aid kit. You can take some immediate primary action when your child is injured. Normally, playground injuries are not that much serious but medic-kit for immediate action is required.
