Health Authorities Time and Again Warn Air Pollution Harms, Worsens Bone Health

A study was spearheaded by the researchers from Barcelona Institute for Global Health (ISGlobal) in India.

The results were published in Jama Network Open. 

It involved looking into more than 3,700 individuals 28 villages outside the city of Hyberabad, in southern India.

The investigators suggest that exposure to ambient air pollution was associated with lower levels of bone mass.
