One of the properties is a magnificent villa on the Cote d’Azur, which is now for sale for 25 million pounds ($35.4 million).

Nestled on a hillside in the Cap de Nice, almost every room in the Belle Epoque-style villa boasts spectacular views of the coast, as well as of Nice and surrounding Riviera residences, Edward de Mallet Morgan, partner at Knight Frank, told CNN.

The villa offers an amazing elevated view over the Nice bay and a view along the coast, but also a view up to the mountains, he said, adding that the house is surrounded by vibrant gardens, with stone terraces gradually descending to the coastal road by the seafront.

The villa, in which some James Bond scenes were filmed, was built in the 1920s and covers 1.24 acres of land. It has five bedrooms, three lounges, a gym, five bathrooms, a fitness room, and two swimming pools. In addition, it contains a wine cellar, a large pantry, and a staff apartment above the garage. The villa is decorated in a classic French style and has a garden and views of the sea and Nice.
