Colorado Exclusive Buyer Agents Association has launched a network of real estate buyer agents in the Colorado area dedicated to providing real estate protection and negotiation tools to prospective clients.
Evergreen and Denver based Colorado Exclusive Buyer Agents Association or CEBAA, has launched an extended network of specialized buyer agents throughout Colorado. Increasingly a seller’s market, CEBAA’s goal is to return choice and power to prospective real estate buyers in the region.

Despite economic downturns across other industries and in other parts of the US during the current pandemic, real estate prices in Colorado have instead continued to rise. In fact, the median closing price on a single-family home in Denver is reported to have increased by 14.3% over the last year. A local radio show news source “The Barry and Larry Consumer’s Real Estate” reported last week that median Denver prices were over $530,000.
With their expanded network CEBAA is more motivated than ever to connect buyers with buyer agents who can help them to navigate the excessively hot Colorado property market with top buyers agents all across the front range and in other more remote cities like Trinidad and Pagosa Springs.
CEBAA’s buyer agents aim to empower prospective clients by providing detailed information about first home buyers opportunities. Agents in the association have local knowledge of specific neighborhoods within Colorado’s bigger cities and in depth understanding of broader real estate trends.
These agents can also provide a comparative market analysis (CMA) of similar properties to help buyers determine what is the best price to offer. CEBAA buyer agents are familiar with which homes are eligible for particular financial programs, such as VA or FHA. The state of Colorado also has a high demand for summer and winter second homes,
CEBAA also goes beyond simply evaluating the market and the services of their buyer agents. The association now encompass evaluating and helping their clients get access to good resources to secure financing. In the highly competitive Colorado market, research also indicates that using a buyer agent can increase the chance of an offer being accepted.
A not for profit trade organization that was established in 1999, the Colorado Exclusive Buyer Agents Association has member agents that work exclusively with buyers and not with sellers, and affiliated agents that may have listings but offer fiduciary services to agents. In this way, the association seeks transparency to help consumers understand how they can obtain a loyal agent.
A spokesperson for the association suggested that potential clients in and around the Denver, Colorado Springs, Fort Collins, Boulder and various ski town areas should reach out to CEBAA to ensure they “don’t overpay for their dream home”.
Interested buyers can access more information by visiting the website above. The National Buyers Agent Association is also managed by Skyfor, and loyal agents may be accessed in all 50 states at https://buyeragentsearch.com/find-a-buyers-agent/
Both associations are continuously adding new members. This enables home seekers to easily find and evaluate their best fiduciary agent.
