(Newswire.net — April 6, 2021) Orlando, FL — Today, more and more women struggle from infertility. This is why an increasing number of researchers carry out studies to look into the factors that potentially contribute to this issue.

One study was published in the American Journal of Epidemiology.

In this research, it has been found that higher stress levels are linked with the reduced odds of conception in women, but not in men.

It is worth mentioning that this study was carried out by the researchers from Boston University School of Public Health (BUSPH).

This new study looked into 4,769 women and 1,272 men without a history of infertility. It is further worth mentioning that the subjects hadn’t been trying to conceive for over six menstrual cycles.

The investigators used data from the Pregnancy Study Online (PRESTO), which is an ongoing preconception cohort of North American pregnancy planners that follows couples for 12 months or until pregnancy, whichever comes first.

They particularly revealed suggest that if the association between higher stress levels and reduced odds of conception is a causal association, then a small proportion of that link could be because of the reduced intercourse frequency as well as the heightened menstrual cycle irregularity.

Stress has long been something that many experts warn against. However when it comes to infertility, there are actually many factors believed to contribute to this reproductive health issue.

Today, researchers continue to research into the potentially effective ways of fighting infertility.

Interestingly, some plant-based ingredients like turmeric may work wonders in enhancing fertility levels. This therapeutic spice has been found to possess a phytochemical called curcumin, which is loaded with various healing agents.

One of the most powerful healing properties of curcumin is its strong anti-inflammatory agent, which is found to produce a myriad of health benefits.

According to research studies, the inflammation-fighting properties of curcumin may be able to suppress inflammation. This is due to its ability to deplete the neurotransmitter responsible for pain.

In addition to having a strong anti-inflammatory, curcumin is also loaded with antioxidants. It is worth realizing that antioxidants have the ability to help fight free radicals. Experts say that this hinders the degeneration of tissues and inhibits pro-inflammatory molecules.

Its anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties may work best in enhancing fertility. It may even aid in fighting autoimmune fertility health conditions, such as endometriosis, PCOS, ovarian cysts, uterine fibroids, premenstrual pain, and amenorrhea.

There are actually many other benefits linked with the use of this natural remedy. It is even widely taken nowadays via supplementation like the use of Divine Bounty Curcumin, which is known to be highly potent and pure (https://www.amazon.com/Turmeric-Curcumin-BioPerine-Pepper-Extract/dp/B00VSVKJ8I).
