Mosaku is known throughout the globe as a leading coach, communications expert, and consultant. Through his company DiverseCity Think Tank, and by releasing his forthcoming book, Mosaku intends to increase unconscious racial bias awareness as well as assist corporations and organizations by providing pragmatic methodologies with solutions that navigate and dissipate all forms of bias over time.

As part of an initiative to educate and support efforts to assist in ending social and racial injustice, Mosaku will be joining a United Nations Association (UNA) panel, and specifically lending his efforts to the United Nations (UN) and its Chicago and Orange County Chapters. Having experienced the lack of efficiency of behavioral experts and consultants when addressing workplace bias, Mosaku began an initiative to develop a fair, results-oriented method to approach the conscious and unconscious bias issue in the workplace.
