( — June 14, 2021) Orlando, FL — It is hard to deny that Alzheimer’s disease is highly prevalent today. Unfortunately, some studies show that its prevalence may continue to soar high.

A new report warns that by 2060, nearly 14 million Americans will suffer from Alzheimer’s disease. It is worth realizing this is a number that’s nearly three times as high as today.

According to Dr. Robert Redfield, this study shows that as the U.S. population increases, the number of people affected by Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias will rise, especially among minority populations.

Dr. Redfield is director of the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

In 2014 in the United States, it has been found 16 percent of 5 million Americans had Alzheimer’s disease. It is the fifth leading cause of death in the country among individuals 65 years old and above.

“Early diagnosis is key to helping people and their families cope with the loss of memory, navigate the health care system, and plan for their care in the future,” Redfield says.

According to study lead author Kevin Matthews, planning can help ease caregiver burden.

Matthews is from the CDC’s National Center for Chronic Disease Prevention and Health Promotion.

The study was published online Sept. 19 in Alzheimer’s & Dementia: The Journal of the Alzheimer’s Association.

It is important to realize that nowadays, more and more experts are looking into the therapeutic goodness of some natural remedies against Alzheimer’s disease. One is berberine that has long been studied by researchers due to its medicinal effects.

In pre-clinical studies, berberine has been found to reduce the amyloid-beta plaque buildup. This influences brain chemistry in a way that could result in the protection of memory and cognition. This is one mechanism believed to be how it aids in fighting Alzheimer’s disease.

Its antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory compounds have been associated with enhanced neurological function.

Scientists even say berberine can address various aspects of brain health. It has been able to demonstrate its ability to modulate brain chemistry and influence the level of neurotrophic factors, which include the BDNF.

It is worth realizing that the BDNF pertains to proteins needed for the development and growth of brain cells.

Due to berberine’s ability to inhibit the production of the amyloid-beta plaques, it aids in preventing the cascade of neuron-damaging events they could otherwise cause.

In addition to its brain-health benefits, it is worth realizing that its use is widespread due to its remarkable healing potentials.

Today, many consumers turn to the use of formulas like Divine Bounty Berberine to experience its benefits (
