With the launch of the new project, Boutique Homes unveils some of the most environmentally responsible villas on the Costa del Sol, known for quality and attention to detail. The new project is located on the Nueva Andalucia Golf Valley, the most sought-after neighborhood in the region.

According to one report, the luxury homes market in Spain from mid-2020 through the summer of 2021 grew more rapidly than at any previous time, on a month-to-month basis. While the upper end of the market suffered during the financial crisis of 2006, it has proven to be remarkably strong in the face of the pandemic. This may in part be due to the sudden acceleration of remote work practices and home office arrangements. And the epicenter of the Spanish luxury home market is the Costa del Sol and the “Golden Triangle” of Benahavis, Marbella, and Estepona.

Boutique Homes’ website features the Auriga Boutique Villas developments in Nueva Andalucia’s Golf Valley, located just west of Marbella and inland from the marina of Puerto Banús. The location is a convenient base for regional trips, but also for international travelers who can use the nearby Malaga and Gibraltar airports.

The Auriga Boutique Villas are distinguished by their contemporary design and high-quality finish. The homes are carefully engineered and designed to make each residence unique, while all villas feature high-end amenities such as automobile elevators and heated indoor pools. The custom designs allow for luxurious living while taking advantage of the maximum natural light available.

All the villas are set on a 1,400 square meter plot and with 828 square meters of build space. Each property has five sizable en-suite bedrooms, including a large master bedroom on the top level. Low energy usage is achieved thanks to well-insulated windows and a Daikin Altherma system that heats water for underfloor heating.

Andalucia Properties and its managing director, Assaad Fakhry, have over 30 years of experience planning, designing, and building luxury villas in Marbella. The company has the expertise to guide clients through the entire process of selecting properties, navigating the legal and banking issues, and consummating transactions.

“We are incredibly proud of the architecture and design behind the Boutique Homes project,” a company spokesperson said. “The build quality is superb, the luxuriousness undeniable, and the amount of natural light our villas get is truly impressive.”
