(Newswire.net — December 10, 2021) Orlando, FL — Today, it is hard to deny that there are quite a number of people who suffer from mental health issues. Unfortunately, it appears that not all are provided with the health care they need.

A new survey reveals that most Americans think mental health care is expensive and difficult to get.

This finding was based on the responses of over 2,000 adults. It is worth realizing that almost 90 percent revealed they put equal value on mental and physical health. It is further worth realizing that one-third of the respondents say mental health care is inaccessible.

The investigators further reveal that 40 percent said cost is a hindrance to treatment for many people. The survey also revealed that out of 47 percent who had a mental health condition, only 38 percent had received treatment.

The findings of this survey were released on Sept. 1 by the Anxiety and Depression Association of America, the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, and the National Action Alliance for Suicide Prevention. September is Suicide Prevention Month.

According to Dr. Mark Pollack, there’s a significant body of research that demonstrates that individuals suffering from anxiety disorders and depression face an increased risk for suicidal thoughts and attempts.

Dr. Pollack is president of the Anxiety and Depression Association of America (ADAA). He is also a professor and chairman of the psychiatry department at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago.

Experts have long been strongly recommending to resort to helpful measures in protecting mental health. There are natural remedies scientifically found helpful for the brain, and one is resveratrol.

A study involving diabetic rats has shown that resveratrol worked in improving mental health, particularly in preventing memory impairment.

It is further worth noting that resveratrol has antioxidants, which assist the brain in fighting free radical damage.

More research is still being carried out to explore the healing benefits of resveratrol for mental health. However, it is worth realizing that the use of this natural remedy has long been linked with a myriad of health benefits.

Individuals who want to obtain increased protection against mental health threats may take into account increasing their intake of resveratrol.

To obtain the therapeutic goodness of this natural remedy, it is wise to consider the use of supplements like Purest Vantage Resveratrol.
