(Newswire.net — December 28, 2021) Orlando, FL — Research has warned more than 2.1 billion adults around the globe are categorized to be overweight or obese. This is alarming considering that obesity is linked with the increased odds of certain diseases.

Various research studies have been carried out to look into the risk factors of this condition, and one was published in the Endocrine Society’s Journal of Clinical Endocrinology & Metabolism.

This study’s corresponding author is Jonathan C. Jun, M.D., of the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine in Baltimore, M.d.

In this research, it has been found consumption of late dinner may contribute to high blood sugar as well as weight gain.

According to Jun, this study sheds new light on how eating a late dinner worsens glucose tolerance and reduces the amount of fat burned.

Further, he suggests that the impact of late eating varies greatly between people and depends on their usual bedtime.

“This shows that some people might be more vulnerable to late eating than others. If the metabolic effects we observed with a single meal keep occurring chronically, then late eating could lead to consequences such as diabetes or obesity,” he adds.

This interesting study involved investigating 10 men and 10 women and to see the manner they were able to metabolize dinner eaten at 10 p.m. compared to 6 p.m. It is worth noting the subjects went to bed at 11 p.m. during the study.

It has been found that their blood sugar levels were higher. Further, they have discovered that the amount of ingested fat burned was lower with the later dinner. This stayed true even when the same meal was provided at two different times.

Scientists continue to investigate the impacts of one’s eating behavior on weight. However, they are also exploring some other ways to help people manage a healthy weight.

Certain all-natural remedies like curcumin may be one of the weight gain remedies one may take into account. Curcumin is a phytochemical that can be found in turmeric, which is an ancient, medicinal spice.

Curcumin is thought to be helpful for fat burning and has therapeutic ingredients that could help the body maintain a healthy weight.

Today, this remedy is widely consumed via supplementation such as the use of Divine Bounty Curcumin. This amazing formula is known for its high potency and is also pure and free from nasty ingredients.

It is made even more popular through the black pepper it contains which increases curcumin absorption inside the body (https://www.amazon.com/Turmeric-Curcumin-BioPerine-Pepper-Extract/dp/B00VSVKJ8I).
