(Newswire.net — February 14, 2022) Orlando, FL — Chronic inflammation has long been associated with the onset of various diseases. It is important to keep in mind that there are various factors increasing its risk.

According to various research studies, there are many commonly consumed foods found to significantly promote inflammation.

A study was carried out and published in the Journal of the American College of Cardiology.

In this study, it has been found that diets loaded in red and processed meat as well as refined grains and sugary beverages are linked with heightened levels of inflammation.

Another separate JACC study was carried out and it looked into the effects of walnut consumption. It has been found that it lessened inflammation as well as heart disease risk. It is worth keeping in mind that chronic inflammation has long been known to play a significant role in the onset of heart disease and stroke.

There are also certain inflammatory biomarkers, such as the chemokines, interleukins, and adhesion molecules, that have been linked with the early and late stages of atherosclerosis.

In previous research studies, it has been found that diet does have an influence on the levels of inflammation inside the body.

The good news is that some eating patterns like the Mediterranean diet are found to reduce concentrations of certain inflammatory biomarkers. They are also shown to reduce the risk of heart disease.

It is worth noting that the Mediterranean diet is loaded with fruits, olive oil, nuts, vegetables, and seafood.

There are spices like turmeric scientifically found to be strong anti-inflammatories. This deep yellow-orange spice has long been a popular subject of research due to its remarkable medicinal values.

One of its strongest medicinal components is the phytochemical called curcumin, which is loaded with anti-inflammatory agents.

In some studies, curcumin has also been found to produce genoprotective, antifungal, adaptogenic, antibacterial, anticarcinogenic, antiproliferative, antiviral, renoprotective, insulin-sensitizing, androgenic, antifibrotic, neurorestorative, and metal-chelating properties.

It also contains an anticoagulant, antiseptic, anti-platelet, antioxidant, anti-amyloidogenic, anti-cytotoxic, antibiotic, antimicrobial, anti-purulent, antitumor, immunomodulating, and anti-catabolic agents.

Various research studies carried out in the past years have shown that due to curcumin’s anti-inflammatory agents, it may be helpful in warding off or treating inflammatory diseases.

Today, curcumin is obtained not just through the use of turmeric powder or root but also via supplementation. One of the most recommended formulas is VitaBreeze Curcumin, which is known widely for its high potency and purity.

VitaBreeze Curcumin even has black pepper, which increases the delivery of curcumin inside the body. (https://www.amazon.com/Turmeric-Curcumin-Complex-Pepper-Extract/dp/B00JA4TLTI/)
