New Study Now Reveals the Surprising Benefits of Evening Exercise

Researchers at Charles Sturt University in Australia carried out this study. 

In this research, eleven middle-aged men were tasked to complete three experimental trials. It specifically involved a performance of high-intensity cycling namely six one-minute, maximal intensity sprints interspersed by four minutes of rest.

The findings have shown that it did not affect subsequent sleep. It is further worth mentioning that afternoon and evening high-intensity exercise were linked with increased decreases of the hunger-stimulating hormone, ghrelin.
