Individuals who want to become licensed real estate agents can now get the entry level license that gives them the right to perform real estate functions for consumers under the guidance of a sponsoring broker.

In compliance with the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR), this course provides the required 75 hours of classes to prepare students studying to become licensed real estate agents.

This course consists of a 60-hour component about the theory of real estate law and a 15-hour module that covers application of the law. The school also provides 12 online quizzes that must be completed with a minimum score of 75%.

Once a student has completed all components of the course, Inland Real Estate School will submit notice of their completion within 72 hours to PSI, Illinois’ testing agency. This notice will include the personal registration number previously issued to the student by PSI.

After the school has reported the student’s completion to PSI, it will notify the student by email with a Certificate of Completion that the student will later upload to their license registration portal after passing the state exam.

Classes are taught from 9 am to 9:30 pm, Monday through Friday. For a visit to the campus, an appointment can be arranged from 2 pm to 5 pm, Monday through Friday.

In addition to the resumed in-person classes, students may still take classes via home study, which provides flexibility for the student to structure their study time to fit into their schedule.

Located in Oak Brook, Illinois, Inland Real Estate School has perfected its courses over the 40 years it has been in business and has educated over 12,000 real estate professionals.

Inland Real Estate School supports its students after they have completed their education by providing consulting services to help them develop their reputation in order to enhance their future careers.
