(Newswire.net — October 13, 2022) Orlando, FL — Getting adequate sleep is vital for various aspects of health. There are many studies showing that sufficient sleep works wonders in improving the body and mind.

A study was carried out by MIT postdoc Kana Okano, professors Jeffrey Grossman and John Gabrieli, technical assistant Jakub Kaezmarzyk and Harvard Business School researcher Neha Dave, and colleagues.

Its findings were published in the Science of Learning.

It was supported by MIT’s Department of Materials Science and Engineering, the Lubin Fund, and the MIT Integrated Learning Initiative.

In this research, the investigators found a strong link between the grades of students and the amount of sleep they are getting. They have further found a huge difference in the time students go to bed and the consistency of their sleep habits.

The researchers stress that getting a good night’s sleep before a major test is not enough as it can take several consecutive nights of good sleep to improve scores. More particularly, it is getting adequate sleep during days when learning is happening that is important.

Another interesting finding is that there seems to be a certain cutoff for bedtimes, and these include going to bed later leads to poorer performance. This stays true even if the total amount of sleep is similar.

It is also worth mentioning that sleeping after 2 am can increase the odds of performance going down even if the seven hours are met.

More and more research studies are still being carried out to explore the therapeutic effects of adequate sleep. It is important to realize that many diseases and symptoms nowadays are scientifically linked with sleep inadequacy.

Aside from its brain health benefits, getting adequate sleep is also beneficial for various aspects of health. Unfortunately today, there are many people who end up getting inadequate sleep.

It is important to realize that certain measures are scientifically found helpful for sleep improvement. The use of herbs like ashwagandha may be helpful. This natural remedy is known for its various healing agents.

It has long been used by individuals who struggle to get decent sleep. It is worth mentioning that ashwagandha has adaptogenic, antidepressant, anxiolytic, antioxidant, neuroprotective, and anti-inflammatory properties.

Today, there are many consumers who turn to the use of formulas like Divine Bounty Ashwagandha. This supplement is crafted carefully according to strict Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) guidelines.

It is known for its high potency and purity. It could be an excellent choice for individuals who want to achieve better sleep (http://www.amazon.com/Organic-Ashwagandha-Capsules-Absorption-Ashwaganda/dp/B072KFLL6X).
