(Newswire.net — December 2, 2022) Las Vegas, NV — Scientists have been carrying out studies to learn more about how bone health can be maintained and protected. This is due to the fact that today, there is an increasing prevalence of bone health issues in many areas around the globe.

Health authorities have long warned that osteoporosis is a serious condition that can result in death. Worldwide, it is estimated to occur in more than 200 million individuals. It is deemed to be a silent disease due to the fact that it slowly progresses while barely producing symptoms.

In Europe, it causes disability comparable to disability produced by conditions like asthma, rheumatoid arthritis, and hypertension-related heart disease.

It is further worth being warned that this serious condition leads to an osteoporotic fracture every 3 seconds. This according to experts, equates to more than 10 million fractures every year. The staggering statistics of this condition encourage more and more experts to find some techniques for warding it off.

A study was published in the Journal of Epidemiology & Community Health, which is a BMJ publication.

This research on a large cohort of women aged 50 and above has shown there is a surprising association between poor-quality social relationships and the presence of bone loss.

The study findings stress the relevance of relationships to mental, emotional, and physical health. It has been particularly found that older women without good social relationships appeared to have greater bone loss.

The investigators suggest that psychosocial stress may cause an increase in fracture risk via the degradation of bone mineral density.

This interesting study is just one of the many that are looking into ways to combat bone health issues.
There is actually a growing interest in the use of certain natural remedies to enhance and protect bone health. One of these remedies is curcumin, which is a popular subject of research today due to its remarkable disease-fighting benefits.

According to experts, curcumin has been found to significantly aid in preventing osteoporosis or bone loss, which is a growing concern among postmenopausal women.

Scientists also suggest curcumin aids in preventing the loss of bone mineral density and trabecular bone. This spongy or porous bone is where fracture in post-menopausal women usually occurs.

More and more studies are still being carried out to explore more of the healing benefits of curcumin. However today, its use is widespread, especially via supplementation like Incredipure Curcumin (www.amazon.com/Turmeric-Curcumin-Supplement-BioPerine-Capsule/dp/B0166KAW8M).
