Growth of Bone Masses Now Linked With Hormone Imbalance

( — January 7, 2023) Orlando, FL — Maintaining hormonal balance is undeniably one of the ways helpful in warding off certain diseases. Over the years, multiple research studies have demonstrated that such balance is achievable through certain measures.

The growth of bone masses is now associated with hormone imbalance. It is worth noting that girls are actually growing up faster than ever, and their bodies are reaching puberty at an increasingly earlier age. Such a trend to rapid maturity continues through their adult lives.

Tel Aviv University researchers warn that women today are more likely to develop Hyperostosis Frontalis Interna (HFI). This is a hormonal condition once typically found in post-menopausal women, earlier and more frequently compared to the female population a century ago.

“Women’s hormonal balances are changing and taking a physical toll,” says Prof. Israel Hershkovitz and his graduate student Hila May of TAU’s Sackler Faculty of Medicine, together with Dr. Natan Peled of Carmel Medical Center in Haifa.

Such a balance is influenced by the hormones ingested from food and by our changing fertility patterns, such as having children later in life.

The investigators strongly warn that women today are more likely to develop HFI by 2.5 times than they were 100 years ago.

It is worth noting that HFI occurs when an imbalance in hormones results in the growth of lesions or bone masses, in the inner skull. This may lead in the development of symptoms, such as chronic headaches, weight gain, and thyroid irregularities

More research is still underway to look into the various aspects of hormone balance, and how it can be maintained.

Health authorities have time and again warned that hormonal imbalance is correlated with certain negative health outcomes.

Remedies like the plant indole called Diindolylmethane or DIM may be helpful. It is a compound found in cabbage, broccoli, Brussels sprouts, cauliflower, and other cruciferous vegetables. It is also widely resorted to today through supplementation.

Multiple research studies show DIM intake helps in restoring and maintaining hormonal balance. Today, consumers turn to the use of superior-strength formulas like Purest Vantage DIM to benefit from the healing goodness of this remedy.
