(Newswire.net — January 23, 2023) Orlando, FL — Lifestyle modifications have long been identified to be among the techniques helpful for heart health. It is worth noting that engaging in various forms of physical activities is cardiovascular health protective.

Washing dishes may actually reduce the risk of heart disease, a study now shows. The researchers have particularly shown that performing routine activities, which are also called daily life movement, may be significantly beneficial for cardiovascular health.

These activities include gardening, cooking, housework, and self-care activities. Compared to women who spent less than two hours of daily life movement per day, those with a minimum of four hours of daily life movement had a reduced risk of cardiovascular disease by 43 percent.

Further, they has 43 percent lowered risk of coronary heart disease, 30 percent of stroke and notably, a 62 percent reduced risk of cardiovascular disease death.

The findings of this research were published in the Journal of the American Heart Association, which is a multi-institutional team led by researchers at the Herbert Wertheim School of Public Health and Human Longevity Science at University of California San Diego.

“The study demonstrates that all movement counts towards disease prevention,” said first author first author Steve Nguyen, Ph.D., M.P.H., postdoctoral scholar at the Herbert Wertheim School of Public Health.

“Spending more time in daily life movement, which includes a wide range of activities we all do while on our feet and out of our chairs, resulted in a lower risk of cardiovascular disease.”

Maintaining optimum cardiovascular health is, for the many, vital for daily functioning. Unfortunately, there are many who struggle from conditions like heart disease. It is worth noting that certain plant-based remedies like curcumin have been studied on due to their therapeutic, pharmacological agents.

Various studies have demonstrated that intake of curcumin helps combat heart disease through the phytochemical’s ability to reverse the steps involved in the onset of heart disease. This is in addition to its inflammation-fighting effects beneficial against the condition.

VitaBreeze Curcumin could be an excellent source of this remedy. It offers 750 mg of curcumin plus black pepper extract for maximum absorption.
