EmFace uses radiofrequency and high-intensity focused electrical stimulation (HIFES) to restore volume and tighten the face, neck, and décolletage. Ovation Med Spa explains that this new procedure combines two potent modalities to give patients better results in a shorter amount of time.
Both modalities are safe and have been used for decades for aesthetic facial treatments. Radiofrequency stimulates the growth of collagen and elastin, which draws and maintains moisture in the upper layers of the skin, plumping it up and giving the client a dewy, youthful glow.
