BMK Community announces the expansion of its Peer Team program, now offering more comprehensive operational guidance for MSP and ITSP owners.

The revised Peer Team program now offers three levels of support, ranging from financially based guidance in the Squad Experience through to service, sales, and operations planning in the Charge and Charge+ tiers. All levels incorporate peer-to-peer interaction, designed to help owners learn from like-minded leaders, as well as offering a greater degree of accountability.

BMK Community recognizes that each business owner has their own needs in terms of guidance and support, and the firm’s latest program aims to cater to differing needs. The goal is to help owners address knowledge and/or skills gaps, thereby equipping them to drive the continued growth of their own company.

A recent Forbes survey highlighted some of the key areas that business owners believed were important areas for self-improvement. They include financial literacy, leadership, creating and leading teams, delegation, customer service, and communication skills.

With the most recent update, BMK Community offers Peer Team programs that cover the most common knowledge and skill gaps for business owners. The services are underpinned by professional executive coaches, with business planning being based on the company’s in-house financial benchmarks, developed over 18 years of operation.

“After decades of consulting, running peer teams, and helping clients grow, we created Charge and Charge + with MSP and ITSP owners in mind,” a company representative explained. “Dedicated guides ensure that owners have the tools they need across a range of disciplines, including service, sales, financials, planning, and training.”

About BMK Community

Part of the Bering McKinley consultancy, BMK Community leverages a team of MSP and ITSP coaches who have over 100 years’ combined experience in the sector. The service aims to blend professional guidance with a network of current business owners, allowing for greater opportunities to learn and grow.

“With Bering McKinley we could establish a safe environment, and there are things I’ll share with this group that I wouldn’t share with anybody else,” one MSP owner recently stated. “These guys are supportive, they’re not judgmental, and we steal ideas from each other. It’s a real give-and-take relationship that just has huge value for me.”
