Finding help is a great step in the right direction that will make a huge difference if you dedicate yourself to what a mental health professional recommends. 

Gaining Unwanted/Unhealthy Weight 

Gaining weight can happen if you see a dramatic shift in dietary habits or a decrease in physical activity. A number of people have a hard time adjusting when going from a labor-intensive job to one behind a desk. The caloric intake is going to have to decrease if your activity levels do as this can be a recipe for gaining a large amount of weight in a matter of months. Getting into the routine of exercise regardless if you go for a run, to the gym, or play adult sports to get your exercise is essential.
