(Newswire.net — August 7, 2017) — If you’re in the event-planning industry, or if you’re just the mother of a large family, then Bsociable will definitely save you stress.

What is it?

Bsociable is a new app designed to make event-planning simple. Launched in July 2017, it offers a large set of tools with which to manage your gathering, whether it be a birthday celebration, a Christmas dinner, or a corporate event.

What does it do?

Basically, Bsociable offers a simple way to create events. It has a large number of features, including:

– A group calendar.

– Group chat.

– Location service.

– A map to the event.

The group calendar is very handy and easy-to-use, allowing you to check the availability of participants and plan your event accordingly.

Location service is equally useful, letting you know the whereabouts of your guests two hours before and after the event, thus allowing you to cater for late arrivals (by delaying the cooking of food, for example).

Other Features

Besides those aforementioned, Bsociable also includes such features as ‘Event Venue’, which allows you to quickly find a location, ‘RSVP’, which allows you to keep tabs on who’s coming, and ‘Dietary Preferences’, which allows you to know about guests’ dietary restrictions.

Group types

Bsociable offers three main group-types. These are:

– Succession.

– Public.

– Private.

Succession is for regular events (book clubs, for example), the host of which is selected randomly before each new one.

Public and private groups are pretty self-explanatory, the former being for anyone, the latter being for up to four-hundred guests selected by the host/organisers.

Besides these three options, you can also specify whether the event is kid-friendly or not. A small butterfly indicates that the event is open for kids, a large one that it is not.

How was it created?

Bsociable was created by RandeepWasal from Sydney, Australia. He had the idea when his wife, RenuWasal, ‘hand-balled the co-ordination of a family dinner’ (according to the website). Surely there must be a simpler way, thought RandeepWasal. Surely there must be a way to co-ordinate a family dinner without the possibility of mishap. So he began developing the app, and on July 3, 2017, it was released to the public. Now you can download Bsociable on Google Play or you can download it from Apple Store.

What sets it apart?

Though Bsociable doesn’t necessarily offer any single revolutionary feature, it’s revolutionary in the sense that it brings all those hitherto-separate features together. As Steve Jobs advised, ‘You have to start with the customer experience and work backwards to the technology.’ RandeepWasal has done just this. He has seen a way to simplify the customer experience and he has come through for the stressed-out event-planner. With Bsociable, event planning becomes a whole lot easier. Of course, for Bsociable to be useful, every member of the event needs to have the app, but seeing as it’s free, this shouldn’t be a problem.
