(Newswire.net — March 23, 2020) — Damiani jewelry being an Italian company, was confounded by an Italian family that was tied to passion and tradition for goldsmith art. The family decided to produce and design unique and precious jewelry for its customers.

The family has been saying that since childhood, they have been seeing jewelry being created, and diamonds have been crafted to produce articulate jewels. They, therefore, resorted to creating jewelry. The company’s philosophy is to create a unique heritage that looks at the attention and passion of our customers.

Family History

Damiani was inaugurated in Valenza Po by Enrico Damiani in 1924. Valenza was typically the epicenter of the goldsmith district. The master goldsmith Enrico became the renowned jeweler that this family turned to during this era to create unique masterpiece jewelry for them. Damiano Damiani, who was Enrico’s son, was born way back in 1934. He had initiated a process of commercial and industrial expansion. He promoted research in technical and design innovation, which marked the evolution of the company.

Damiani’s jewelry grew steadily, all thanks to the brilliant idea of providing low prices to customers and coming up with catalogs with other collections. During the early nineties, the third generation of the company came in. It is where Silvia Damiani caters for the purchase of pearls and also looking at the communication means of the company. The brother Giorgio was tasked with the exports department.

Guido was working with Tel Aviv with the diamond graders. The diamond graders was among the prominent companies until 1994. He was the Sales Manager of the company in Italy back then. Damiani died after an accident in 1996. At that time, the management of the company had employed around 200 people and was thus passed on to the wife and children.

Gabriella Damiani is currently the Honorary President, while Guido is the president. Giorgio and Silvia are the current vice-presidents of the company. Since its beginning as a family-owned business, towards the end of the nineties, the company had graduated to international managerial business.

Damiani was consolidated as among the most prestigious companies that are made in Italy in 2007. It was when the company was listed to trade on the Stock Exchange for Milan.

Tradition

Giorgio, Guido, and Silvia Damiani have witnessed precious stones and jewelry being purchased for quite some time now. Silvia even recalls going home from school when she had to pass by the parent’s workshop daily. She then would pick “the green horse,” which was a brooch made of gold, emeralds, and diamonds.

Silvia would then place the brooch on her dress and admire it in the mirror, very satisfied with her look. Another fascinating thing was that the holiday destination was dictated by the places where her father was to purchase stones. Where the large stone sellers were generally found would be their target for a holiday.

These Damiani children have tried to maintain the high quality, manual artistry, and design of their jewelry to date. Most of the jewelry is still manufactured in Valenza factory, and the family even purchases pearls and precious stones from the families that supplied their father those materials.

Design

Damiani’s innovative design and style ensure that every product they create is unmistakable and unique on its own. This is the only firm in the universe to receive a total of 18 Diamonds International Awards. These are just a few of the awards that the company has bagged. Among the prestigious awards include Tahitian Pearl Trophies, Vogue Joyas, Haute Couture Design Award amid other several entrepreneurship awards.
