Greystone Mansion is one of the most famous mansions in the world, though many people not have even heard of it. Situated in Beverly Hills, it has featured in the movies Batman and Robin, The Social Network, Richie Rich, and more. But do you know about the other famous locations and celebrities in America’s most affluent neighborhood?

If not, then let us show you the lifestyles of the rich and famous. Read on as we present seven famous people who live in Beverly Hills.

1. Taylor Swift

Taylor Swift has done a lot of moving around in pursuit of her music career. She was born in West Reading, Pennsylvania. At the age of 14, she moved to Nashville to become a country music singer, signing a songwriting deal with Sony and a record deal with Big Machine Records.

In 2015 the jewel in the crown of Beverly Hills homes was bought by Taylor Swift for $25 million. This was the Samuel Goldwyn Estate. This had previously belonged to the famous movie producer of MGM fame.

With a spacious guest house, pool, and tennis courts, the six-bedroom home would seem to be more than enough. However, it was the second of Swift’s Beverly Hills houses. This also adds to her sizable portfolio in Nashville and New York.

2. Adele

Adele is another famous female singer-songwriter who calls Beverly Hills home. However, Adele has made her way across the pond from her home in the UK. She has two properties in Beverly Hills that are situated almost opposite each other.

The first of her Beverly Hills Homes was purchased for $9.5 million in 2016. Her second cost $10.65 million and was purchased after the breakdown of her marriage to Simpon Konecki. The property was previously owned by film producer Michael Hertzberg and is a house in the gated community of Hidden Valley.

3. John Legend and Chrissy Teigan

Not all celebrity homes come with an outstanding pedigree. This sprawling home was reportedly sold at a loss of $2 million by Rihanna. She was furious at the supposed poor build quality and leaking plumbing.

All of that was to the benefit of John Legend and Chrissy Teigan, who bought it for $14 million. The house contains an entertainment room, swimming pool, sauna, and two private balconies. A design with glass sliding outer walls means the home has plenty of natural light and has been described by the pair as their ideal abode.

4. Beyonce and Jay Z

Beyonce and Jay Z have had a checkered past when it comes to Beverly Hills real estate. They were known to have put in multiple bids on homes which they soon got outbid on. In the end, they decided to rent a mansion for a costly $150,000 per month, proving that even high-end areas have lucrative rental potential.

This home had two libraries, a theatre, wine cellar, art gallery, and tennis court. Its previous owner was Frank Mccourt, who had owned the LA Dodgers. When he was forced to sell up, the Holmby Hills mansion went with it.

5. Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis

One thing that makes celebrity homes super-exclusive is a gated community. Behind these doors, the lives of the rich and famous play out. They provide the utmost privacy.

Imagine being behind one and having Adele, Jennifer Lawrence, and Cameron Diaz as your neighbors. That is what is like for Aston Kutcher and Mila Kunis. They reportedly bought the home for $10.2 million in April 2014.

Even then, they had plenty of chances to make and renovations in mind. All of the porches were retiled in a sleek grey slate to fit with the home aesthetic. They also had safety gates added around their pool to keep their growing family safe.

6. Jason Statham

Action hero Jason Statham lives with his supermodel wife, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley. Their house was bought in April 2015 for $12.9 million, just as the couple got engaged. The stunning mansion has a modest five bedrooms with eight bathrooms.

Other features in the property include a waterfall, a parking area for eight vehicles, a swimming pool, and an outdoor fireplace. The internal look came from California design company Jenni Kayne and mixes contemporary lines with classic elegance. 7. Aniston

When Friends star Jennifer picked up her current home for $21 million, she did not want a themed design. However, she did want a Balinese and Zen influence in it. To achieve this, she hired Stephen Shadley to overhaul the property.

“I am so proud of this house. And I want to celebrate the people who made it: the master craftsmen who poured so much of themselves into its creation,” Jennifer has said about her home. It also played a large part in her future plans, as it was the place she married Justin Theroux. She managed to throw the paparazzi off by having the celebration at her own home.

The building has several outstanding features, not least being made from eco-friendly wood from fallen trees. The home has a koi carp pond, a wine room, solar panels, a game room, and a secret hidden garden only accessible through the master bedroom.
