(Newswire.net — May 28, 2014) Little Rock, Arkansas — The CCIM is an international designation that represents over $200 billion in value.  Its list of professionals include bankers, brokers, lawyers, investors, and developers.  The studies involved include ethics, negotiations, financial analysis, market analysis, and commercial real estate analysis.  There are currently over 13,000 professional who have earned this degree with 3,000 more studying currently.  With over 160 classroom hours, six tests, and a comprehensive exam, the level of detailed and advanced real estate knowledge required is quite vast and impressive.

Clearly Rees Commercial in Central Arkansas takes its professional status very seriously.  Additionally, they have fully leased their Rahling Two office building to Quest Middle School.   This situation had a saga unto itself.  The Quest Middle School applied for a grant to the state of Arkansas for locating at Rees’ address at Two Rahling Centre and had received approval.  The Dallas based charter school made a sudden decision to switch buildings  to “Sedgewick Centre”, which was prior to 2005, also a Rees property. Without the state’s approval, this became problematic and therefore Rees scrambled quickly to do a buildout at Two Rahling Centre that would be completed in 2 months instead of the normal 4 months and enable the school to be ready by August, the start of the new school year. Their other shopping center, Pinnacle Creek, also signed two new leases with a salon and dental office.

There seems to be plenty of leasing commercial demand for quality locations and well positioned sites.  Rees Commercial has always had a strong reputation for development and now property management and leasing.  Local businesses are always looking for that management company that understands all of the nuances to well run commercial locations.  Not only is it important to have a nice space and location, but it is also necessary to have other commercial neighbors that are congruent with attracting the type of traffic that coincides with interests in your products or store.
