Everything Entertaining, a website focused on entertainment and community building, featured the story of AMG Services employees, who volunteered approximately 500 service hours as part of “Helping Hands Week.” The annual week of service took place Monday, June 2nd, through Friday, June 6th. About three-quarters of AMG Services staff participated in more than 30 volunteer projects throughout the week.

As part of the company’s week of service, AMG Services president and chief executive officer Darrin Morris and his team will work with local organization Tree Foundation to plant 25 trees at local elementary schools to help improve air quality, alleviate flooding, provide shade in the area, and improve the aesthetics of the neighborhood.
AMG Services, a leading provider of financing to small businesses and middle market companies, announced that its employees volunteered more than 500 hours during its annual “Helping Hands Week” this month. Since the program’s inception in 2000, AMG Services employees have volunteered nearly 7,000 hours of their time in their local communities. AMG Services expanded annual “Helping Hands Day” to “Helping Hands Week” six years ago after a record number of employees expressed interest in volunteering and wanting to help make a difference in their communities.
