We did a little research to find out what is involved with both

We asked Ms. Lederman whether this method of weight loss is safe for people with chronic conditions. “Many patients who are using medications to control cholesterol, blood sugar and blood pressure are able to reduce or eliminate these medications as their weight loss progresses. Our in-house doctor works with clients and their regular doctors to coordinate these medication adjustments, if appropriate.”
The
HCG diet plan, according to the information we were able to obtain, is equally effective – clients can lose up to 1 pound a day. HCG is hormone that is secreted during pregnancy for healthy fetus growth. In adults however, when combined with the right eating plan and exercise, it can help burn body fat rapidly. The hormone is delivered through injection. Clients are measured each week to see how much weight they have lost. HCG, according to some, can reset the hypothalamus and change eating behavior during and after the duration of the program. Is it safe? Ms. Lederman says that for this one, clients have to review it with their doctor before they can get started. The hormone is not safe if combined with some medications.
