Independent Panel of Experts All Agree On a Suspect in the JonBenet Ramsey Murder Case

(Newswire.net — September 22, 2016) Fort Worth, Texas — Those old enough to remember what happened on December 26th, 1996, will never forget the beautiful young girl found dead in the basement of her Boulder, Colorado, home.  Now, all these years later, an investigative team lead by former New York City prosecutor and retired FBI special agent and profiler Jim Clemente, along with New Scotland Yard criminal behavioral analyst Laura Richards, have unearthed never-before-publicized details about the tragic death.

It has long been implied that an unknown intruder was able to lift a heavy steel grate, drop down into a confined window well, climb through an open basement window, write a ransom note, carry JonBenet from her bedroom to the basement, kill her, and leave without her parents or older brother hearing or seeing a thing.

One very simple problem with this theory is the existence of cobwebs seen in the original crime scene video.  These cobwebs occupied the lower left corner of the open window that the intruder supposedly climbed through.  This window was not large and in a recreation of that theory, Ms. Richards, the smallest member of the investigative team, needed the entire window space in order to get her body through the window.  This demonstrated that whatever the size of the possible intruder, climbing in and out of the window would have disturbed the cobweb and that it being left fully in tack was a virtual impossibility.

Entering the investigation with an open mind, along with the philosophy of letting the evidence lead them to any possible conclusions of the truth, the entire team of experts eventually came to the same conclusion, which was that JonBenet was killed by her older brother Burke.

Investigator James Kolar theorized that Burke, who was just 9 years old at the time, and who had previously hit his younger sister with a golf club, became enraged when JonBenet grabbed a piece of pineapple from Burke’s nighttime snack bowl and that he may have struck her in the head with a flashlight, thus killing her.  What then followed was an elaborate attempt on the part of his parents designed to keep him from taking the blame.  All seven members of the investigative team agreed that this was in fact the most likely course of events that took place on the tragic night.
