(Newswire.net — December 2, 2016) Stafford, TX –MedCare Pediatric Group, in partnership with Project Joy & Hope, will be hosting the Trees for Tots on Sunday, December 4 from 12 pm to 3 pm at their Stafford location.
At this annual event the groups will be giving away live Christmas trees on a first-come, first-served basis to families with children with special needs.

This is the 11th year for MedCare’s partnership with Trees for Tots. This event is to assist those families with children with special healthcare needs and will provide one tree per family. Most trees are about 5-6’ tall and will be given out on a first-come, first-served basis. Volunteers will be on hand to help families tie the tree to their car or truck.
MedCare Pediatric Group offers pediatric occupational therapy, speech therapy, physical therapy, and nursing services in home or at one of their five locations in Stafford, Spring, Houston, Katy and Pasadena.
Project Joy and Hope exists to enhance the quality of life of children and families who live with life-limiting conditions and is based in the greater Houston-Galveston area but serve as an advisor and model for similar programs throughout Texas and the United States.
