The newly launched workshop from “The Brain Ladies” is dedicated to helping participants shape their brains to navigate change, develop new skills, and prepare to lead their teams for the workplace of the future.
According to the Korn-Ferry “Future of Work” report, there will be a talent deficit of 85.2 million workers by 2030. As such, people who have the right skills will perform better and adapt fastest.
However, a new report from the Institute For The Future (IFTF) notes that 85 percent of the jobs that will exist in 2030 have not even been invented yet. This means that people will need to adapt and change as their current job may look very different or not even exist in the future.

The workshop from “The Brain Ladies” provides the right tools and skills one needs to survive and thrive in the future, leveraging the latest discoveries from the growing field of neuroscience.
Ria Van Dinteren, Katelijn Nijsmans, Stella Collins, and Margie Meacham, four leaders in cognitive science, will teach participants how to face the demands that change brings. Participants will learn how to become a brain-aware leader and help people feel safe. They will discover techniques to inspire and influence people to achieve their potential and maximize their talents.
The program includes a series of five online sessions, with each Brain Lady leading one session in her area of expertise. The final session will give participants a chance to interact with all four Brain Ladies in a Question and Answer format.
Throughout the course, students will have exclusive access to handouts, reference documents and practical tips for bringing neuroscience into their daily practice as learning professionals.
