Steve Hammond, owner of The Stock Exchange Hotel in Toowoomba, Queensland has launched arrangements for customers to pick up takeaways or have them home delivered. They have mapped out a 5-kilometer radius, in which they will now quickly deliver meals to homes and local businesses.

The Stock Exchange Hotel’s launch of delivery services in their community is designed to help locals get meals and drinks with minimum contact during this pandemic and to keep as many of their 26 staff members employed as possible.
In addition to quick deliveries within the 5 kilometer area, they are open to negotiating bulk orders beyond that area. Area residents will also be pleased to know that the Bottle-O shop drive-through liquor store is also open for business.
The hotel has also launched their takeaway menu. Meals may be picked up with the beverage of their choice from the Bottle-O drive-through. They are now open 7 days a week, Monday – Saturday 10:00am till 10:00pm, and Sunday 10:00am till 8:00pm.
The takeaway menu includes Beef Lasagne, Lamb Curry with Rice, Beef Stir Fry with Rice, Beef Ball in Tomato Sauce with Macaroni, Lamb Shank with Mash, Beef Pie with Mash and Chicken Mornay Pie with Mash. They have priced all meals so entire families may enjoy an affordable hot meal.
The owner and staff are counting the days until their customers can come to their brand new beer garden and pub. It is perfect for a larger group who are looking for a genuinely awesome atmosphere with space to host live music.
They also now have a new dining area that can cater to smaller, more intimate groups. Over the years, they have hosted several events including corporate events, festive parties, milestone birthday parties, hens nights, special occasions, engagement parties, bridal & baby showers, and more.
