Pesticides May Wreak Havoc on One’s Fertility Health

(Newswire.net — October 20, 2022) Orlando, FL — Various studies have long warned against the effects of pesticides on various aspects of health. It is worth noting that these chemicals have also been found particularly harmful to reproductive health.

A study has found a correlation between the consumption of more fruits and vegetables with high-pesticide residue and a reduced probability of pregnancy and live birth. It involved women who had infertility treatment through the use of assisted reproductive technologies.

Animal studies have shown that intake of pesticide mixtures in early pregnancy may be linked with lessened live-born offspring. This has led to concerns that pesticide residue levels allowed in food by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency may still be excessive for pregnant women and infants.

In this research, 325 women were made to complete a diet questionnaire and subsequently undergo cycles of assisted reproductive technologies. It was performed as part of the Environment and Reproductive Health (EARTH) study at a fertility center at a teaching hospital in Boston between 2007 and 2016.

Further, it was carried out by Jorge E. Chavarro, M.D., Sc.D., of the Harvard T. H. Chan School of Public Health, Boston, and colleagues.

The investigators categorized fruits and vegetables as having high or low pesticide residues through the use of a method that’s based on surveillance data from the U.S. Department of Agriculture.

Further, they actually counted the number of confirmed pregnancies and live births every cycle of fertility treatment.

In observational studies, scientists observe both exposures and outcomes for patients as they naturally happen in clinical care or real life.

Due to the fact that researchers are not intervening for the purposes of the study, they are unable to control natural differences that could shed light on the reasons behind the study findings. This means they cannot actually prove a cause-and-effect relationship.

The findings also indicate that consuming more low-pesticide fruits and vegetables was not linked with worse pregnancy and live birth outcomes.

Various studies have been carried out to look into the remedies potentially helpful in boosting fertility. It is important to keep in mind that avoiding exposure to toxins and chemicals is vital in enhancing one’s chance of conceiving.

In reducing the body’s toxic burden, it is recommended to have a body detox. This can be done through the use of a highly porous all-natural remedy called activated charcoal, which has long been studied by researchers.

Divine Bounty Activated Charcoal could be an excellent choice for individuals who are trying to reduce their body’s toxic burden (https://amazon.com/Organic-Activated-Charcoal-Capsules-Whitening/dp/B071NZ5G56).
