(Newswire.net — January 26, 2022) Orlando, FL — Health authorities continue to warn consumers against heart health issues. However, it is worth noting that in some studies, the prevalence of some of these conditions is seemingly reducing.

A study was carried out by Yale University.

In this research, they reveal that there has been a dramatic drop in the number of seniors who suffered or died from a heart attack since the mid-1990s. It is worth mentioning that campaigns to prevent heart attacks and improve patient care have been found to be paying off.

According to lead researcher Dr. Harlan Krumholz, a professor of cardiology, this is really amazing progress.

This research involved over 4 million Medicare patients who, between 1995 and 2014, experienced a drop by 38 percent in hospitalizations for heart attacks. Since 1995, it has further been found that deaths within 30 days of a heart attack reached an all-time low of 12 percent.

“The turnaround stems from major efforts to change people’s lifestyles to reduce heart attacks, and also to improve care so more patients survive one,” Krumholz adds.

It is worth realizing that lifestyle changes, such as exercising more and adopting healthy eating habits have been found to help. These improvements have even been found useful in reducing levels of blood pressure and cholesterol, which are factors of a heart attack.

The report was published online on March 15 in JAMA Network Open.

Today, more and more experts stress the importance of taking some helpful measures in taking better care of the heart. It is worth noting that reduced levels of nutrients like magnesium have been associated with cardiovascular problems.

In some studies, it has been found that low magnesium levels have been found to be the best predictor of heart disease.

Scientists further suggest that some of the most common risk factors of heart disease are linked with reduced magnesium levels. These risk factors are arterial plaque buildup, hypertension, high cholesterol, calcification of soft tissues, and hardening of the arteries.

Some studies have also stressed the benefits of magnesium against stroke. Today, many people actually end up being deficient in this mineral.

It is important to be warned that a deficiency in this nutrient is not just linked with heart disease, but also other medical conditions.

The good news is that it can be easily and efficiently taken nowadays via supplementation, such as the use of Divine Bounty Magnesium Citrate.

While there are undeniably many formulas available in the international market, this one is reputed to be highly potent and pure. It is even equipped with citric acid, which increases magnesium delivery inside the body.

Divine Bounty Magnesium Citrate is even backed with a customer satisfaction guarantee (http://www.amazon.com/Divine-Bounty-Magnesium-Citrate-Supplement/dp/B01LYWPNY6).
