(Newswire.net — September 14, 2014) — Dean Graziosi is a New York Times best-selling author, real estate investment educator, and a motivational speaker. He was nominated for the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge and took to Facebook and YouTube to show it being completed and, of course, to nominate others to do the same. Not only does Dean complete the challenge but also he donates five thousand dollars to the ALS Association. However, what he does next is what makes this Ice Bucket challenge truly special.
The Ice Bucket Challenge has raised over one millions dollars in donations over the summer as a result of these viral videos. Dean wanted to help increase awareness for the ALS but also wanted to use this video as an opportunity to raise awareness for other charity organizations. Saying he wanted to “spread the love” Dean Graziosi is attempting to raise money for a charity he holds close to his heart, the Make-A-Wish Foundation. In an interesting twist in his video he vouches to donate up to $100,000 of his own money to the charity through Facebook likes and shares.
The Make-A-Wish Foundation helps children with life threatening medical conditions by granting them a wish to enrich their human experience with hope, strength, and joy. The wishes this organization grants helps children feel stronger, more energetic, more willing and able to battle their life-threatening medical conditions. It often acts as the turning point in their battle for life and provides many with the mental and physical will to continue fighting their battles. Dean Graziosi explains in his video uploaded to Facebook that he would donate one dollar for every like the video receives and two dollars for every share, up to one hundred thousand dollars to this great cause.
Dean’s video may be short but it is both powerful and entertaining throughout its duration. He nominates Brenden Burchard, author of “The Millionaire Messenger”, and Joe Polish, expert marketer for entrepreneurs. His last nomination is close personal friend and popular motivational speaker Tony Robbins. Anyone can help bring awareness to the Make-A-Wish and increase the charity’s donations by visiting Dean Graziosi’s Facebook page and liking or sharing the post.
Dean Graziosi said it best “People, let’s make a difference for thousands of kids, share now!”
