(Newswire.net — October 31, 2022) Ste 177 Winnetka, IL, IL — Health authorities have long been warning against infertility, which affects not just females but men too.

A new report now warns against the link between a common industrial chemical and male infertility.

According to a Queen’s University research scientist, a chemical that is widely used today and is even found in groundwater supplies is detected in the semen fluid of infertile men.

This study involved male mechanics who used (TCE) in the workplace. Carried out by Dr. Poh-Gek Forkert, this study has shown that there is a presence of TCE in their seminal fluid.

The findings of this interesting study were published in the international journal, Drug Metabolism and Disposition.

Researchers from Wayne State University in Detroit, the University of Montreal, the Ottawa Health Research Institute, the University of California at Davis, and the London Health Sciences Centre also participated in the study.

It is worth noting that this volatile chemical called TCE is used extensively in the automotive and metal industries as a de-greasing agent. Further, it can also be found in adhesives, paints, paint strippers, lubricants, pesticides, spot removers, and rug-cleaning fluids.

It is worth being warned that TCE has long been linked with damage to the kidney, liver, and lungs as well as reproductive disorders.

The National Toxicology Program in the U.S. estimates that 3.5 million workers are exposed to the chemical.

“Our earlier studies on mice showed damage to reproductive tissue following TCE exposure, and the findings suggested impaired fertility,” says Dr. Forkert.

“We were interested in determining if there is also a link between TCE exposure and infertility in humans.”

In this most recent research, the seminal fluids from mechanics exposed to TCE in the workplace – and who had previously been diagnosed with infertility – were tested for TCE and its by-products (metabolites).

The investigators revealed the semen samples contained TCE and metabolites.

The scientific community continues to carry out research studies to look into the methods or strategies helpful against male infertility. There are all-natural, therapeutic ingredients like ashwagandha found to be helpful.

In some studies, it has been found ashwagandha intake led to certain benefits for male fertility in addition to enhancing testosterone levels. To benefit from the healing goodness of this remedy, it is wise to take into account the use of NutraHerbals Ashwagandha.

This formula is believed to be superior over others as it has 1200 mg of pure ashwagandha root powder plus certified USDA organic black pepper extract for increased absorption.
