The number of unsold homes in Boulder County is up 32 percent from this same time last year, and there were nearly 18 percent more homes available in April than in March of 2014. Of these, there are 26.9 percent more luxury homes that were unsold this April than in April of last year and 12.7 percent more than in March. She says what all this means for buyers is that “more inventory equals more choice, and more chances of getting your dream home under contract.”
