James teaches managers how to overcome their most pressing leadership challenges. Participants are asked at the beginning of his sessions to take some time to write down their number one leadership challenge. James then takes the time to understand each of the participants’ challenges and identifies for them the most relevant skills and strategies that will help them address their specific leadership challenge. From there, the rest of the workshop is spent on unpacking the skill and strategies outlined in the first session.
